Ha! This brings back memories :) when I was growing up in Columbus, OH there used to be this store called Mr. Lee's. they used this song in their radio adverts!
I remember the radio commercials too. I was just a kid listening to the song and the commercial. I googled it because the song was so cool and to find out more about Mr. Lee's. So I found this site. I always thought the song was made for the commercial because it fits so perfectly. I will keep looking but I don't see anything else. Thanks for the utube link. rl
